Why would you join the most exciting customer loyalty program?

Perhaps you already have joined an affiliate program for cashback purposes. Perhaps you give a loyalty discount directly. We know however that customers who are only motivated by a discount or cashback are not really loyal shoppers. It doesn’t really give them something which they can not get elsewhere.

It also doesn't show that you care as a brand for the customer. So why join PAI? PAI is the only loyalty program where all rewards go towards the customers pension savings!
